Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned:

  • In original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In original protective packaging

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Proof of purchase is required to process a return

If proof of purchase is unavailable and a refund is approved at our discretion, valid identification may be required.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, email services@orientware.co with the following:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at services@orientware.co with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damage

Where possible, we may offer repair services as an alternative to replacement or return, in collaboration with our artisans and restoration partners.


Exchanges

Due to limited production runs, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item before returning the original.

All returns must follow the standard return process.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact services@orientware.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photo of received item(s) (if applicable)

Note: Large or mixed orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.


Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes
  • Providing required documentation for import clearance

If duties are refused and the parcel is returned:

  • A refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and return shipping charges incurred
